You probably know actor Seth Rogan from his dozens of movies, but he’s also pretty active on Twitter, and recently decided to try and use that for the good of the people.

He realized Donald Trump, Jr. was following him, and the Canadian-born U.S. resident wasnt about to let this direct line to the president slip through his fingers.
So he first reached out in a tweet that is more entertaining if you read it in Seth Rogan’s voice.
The “Thanks, dude” was a nice touch.
Casual, light, like they’ve been buddies knocking back beers in a bar for a couple of hours, which a lot of people have probably been doing since January 20.
Realizing that his message might take more than 140 characters, Rogan shot Trump Jr. a direct message, clarifying and reiterating his request:
Unfortunately, there was no response at least not that was publicly shared but that didn’t deter Rogan from taking one more step.
He decided to offer unsolicited advice on matters of policy and personnel in the Trump administration, just in case Trump Jr. had any pull:
