Recipe: Belgian Beef v

Belgian Beef v

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 1/4 mug flour 1-1/2 tsps garlic powder 1-1/2 to 2 pounds boneless beef stew meat

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

1 (12-ounce) container beer
2/3 cup teriyaki baste and glaze

2 mugs coarsely sliced potatoes

1 onion, cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped eco-friendly onions

PREPARATION: Integrate the flour and garlic powder in a shallow recipe and also blend well. Cover the beef in the flour combination. Brown the beef on all sides in the oil in a heavy saucepan. Stir in the beer and also teriyaki baste. Bring to a boil; lower warmth.
Simmer covered, for 1 hr, mixing regularly. Mix in the potatoes, onion and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 45 mins or till the beef as well as potatoes hurt, mixing periodically. Remove from heat. Stir in the eco-friendly onions.
