Dish: irish stew with mint sour lotion

Irish Stew with Mint Sour Cream
12 ounces lean, boneless lamb, reduced into 1-inch dices

2 mugs beef broth 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 bay fallen leave 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut right into 1-inch pieces

1 1/2 cups cut carrots

In a big pan or Dutch stove integrate lamb, broth, salt, pepper, and also bay fallen leave. Give boiling; decrease warmth. Cover and also simmer for 30 minutes. Skim fat off meat mix.
