Have you had enough of beer and brats yet this week? How about cheese? No? Great.

All this discuss football this week has me nervous for Sunday’s big game. Not since of the football. Because of the food. And Katy Perry.

I’m finishing up this year’s Super Bowl posts with a delicious beer brat chili. This is my very first time making chili with beer but I like the flavor that comes from the beer and the brats. It’s a somewhat various texture from using hamburger however it has all sorts of excellent flavors.

Beer Brat Chili

8 oz. beer (I utilized Guinness) 2 cups tomato sauce 1 -15 oz. can pinto beans, drained 1-15 oz.
