Horseshoe Sandwich 2 local cooks created the Springfield Horseshoe Sandwich in 1928 at the Leland Resort in Springfield, Illinois.

Frozen French french fries

2 egg yolks 1/2 cup beer 2 tbsps butter 3 mugs grated sharp Cheddar or Colby cheese

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon completely dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dashboard of cayenne pepper 2 slices bread
Cooked meat (pork, hamburger,
corned beef, chicken, bacon, shrimp, turkey, etc.)

Dashboard of paprika Prepare frozen French fries according to package directions.

On the other hand, prepare cheese sauce by very first beating egg yolks and beer with each other.

Melt butter and also cheese with each other over boiling water, stirring in one direction only with wood spoon.

Include Worcestershire sauce, completely dry mustard, salt as well as chili pepper.
